Please take some time to read through the instructions for registration before submitting your entry(s) via the Registration submission links below:

Entry(s) must be submitted on or before the closing date – 31 March 2025. Late entry(s) will be subjected to surcharges depending on availability.

1. Click on the respective competition category / workshop from the links below.

2. Fill up the Registration Form (for solo, duo/trio, small group, large group or workshop).

3. Submit the Registration Form, Proof of Age Document (photo ID) via the Registration Link. Please keep file sizes small.

4. Upon successful registration with payment, an email will be sent to you confirming your registration with a reference number. Information on competition and workshop schedule will be emailed to participants 2 weeks before competition commencement. Competition will be held on 1 – 3 May 2025 at Sichuan Cultural & Arts Centre Chengdu, China.

在通过以下报名链接提交参赛作品前，请花一些时间仔细阅读报名说明：

参赛作品须在报名截止日期 2025年3月31日 或之前提交。逾期报名将视名额情况而定，并需支付附加费。

报名步骤：

1. 点击以下链接选择对应的比赛组别或工作坊。

2. 填写报名表（适用于独舞、双人/三人舞、小组舞、大组舞或工作坊）。

3. 通过报名链接提交以下资料：

   • 填写完成的报名表
   • 年龄证明文件（带照片的身份证件）
   • 请确保文件大小较小

4. 完成报名并支付费用后，您将收到确认邮件，内含报名参考编号。比赛及工作坊的日程安排信息将在比赛开始前两周通过邮件发送给参赛者。

• Participants’ names should be entered according to how it should appear on the certificates and mark sheets.

• Scanned copy of Proof of Age Document(s) (photo ID). All participants’ proof of age documents should be scanned onto one single PDF document before uploading
• Complete payment at checkout page.

注意事项

1. 姓名填写

   • 参赛者的姓名必须按照证书和评分表上需要显示的形式填写。

2. 年龄证明文件

   • 提交年龄证明文件（带照片的身份证件）的扫描件。
   • 所有参赛者的年龄证明文件应整合为一个PDF文件后上传。

3. 支付

   • 在结算页面完成报名费用的支付。

Schools with larger entries may choose to download the Batch Entry Form and  submit directly to registration@iydc.co before the 15 March 2025 closing date. An invoice will be emailed to you for online payment. The entries will only be processed upon payment received.

报名作品较多的学校可以选择下载批量报名表格，并在报名截止日期2025年3月15日之前直接发送至 registration@iydc.co。发票将通过电子邮件发送，供在线支付。只有在收到付款后，报名作品才会被处理。
