IYDC Youth Internship Programme

Travel. Learn. Grow with IYDC.

At the International Youth Dance Competition (IYDC), we believe in creating opportunities not only for young dancers, but also for passionate youths who are interested in gaining real-world experience in the performing arts and events industry.

The IYDC Youth Internship Programme is designed for youths aged 15 years and above who would like to be part of our international event operations team and experience what it takes to bring a large-scale dance event to life.

As an intern with IYDC, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our multinational team from across the Asia-Pacific region, contribute to the smooth running of our events, and gain valuable exposure to stage operations, event management, teamwork, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Why Join the IYDC Youth Internship Programme?

This programme is a meaningful learning experience for youths who are interested in the performing arts, live events, media, and production.

Through this internship programme, participants may gain:

  • Opportunities to work with a multinational team
  • Valuable skills in organisation, responsibility, communication, and teamwork
  • Cross-cultural experiences through working with crew members and participants from different parts of the world
